Big4Bio Launches CEO Weekly Q&A Series Spotlighting Leaders Across America's Biotech Hubs

April 21, 2026

Big4Bio is adding a new dimension to its coverage of the U.S. life sciences industry with the launch of The Big4Bio CEO Weekly Q&A — a recurring editorial feature spotlighting the CEOs leading companies across Big4Bio's eight coverage regions.

Every Monday, Big4Bio will publish an in-depth Q&A with a life sciences CEO on its website and promote the feature across all eight daily regional newsletters and social media channels. The series is designed to go beyond the press releases and pipeline updates, giving readers a direct window into how these leaders think — about their science, their strategy, the challenges they face, and the ecosystems that support them.

"Our readers are some of the most senior people in the industry — roughly 40% are C-level executives," says Tilton Little, CEO and Publisher of Big4Bio. "They want to know what a CEO is really thinking about — what keeps them up at night, what excites them about their region, what they'd change about the industry if they could. That's what this series is built to deliver."

The Q&A format is structured but candid. Each participating CEO receives a Q&A Packet with ten editorial questions spanning their origin story, their scientific differentiation, leadership lessons, their regional ecosystem, and their outlook for the industry. CEOs can also submit up to three questions of their own. Big4Bio's editor, Marie Daghlian, then curates and edits the strongest responses into a polished feature, which goes back to the CEO for final approval before publication.

"The process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of a CEO's time," says Daghlian. "We handle the editorial work — they just need to answer the questions honestly. The best features are the ones where the CEO isn't trying to be polished. They're just being real."

The response from the industry has been strong ahead of the launch, with multiple communications agencies already submitting CEO candidates across Big4Bio's coverage regions — Boston, San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Philadelphia, New York City, the Capital Region, Los Angeles, and Seattle. The initial queue includes CEOs from clinical-stage biotechs, commercial-stage diagnostics companies, precision medicine platforms, and cell therapy developers.

"We've covered this industry every single day for over 11 years," says Little. "This series is the next step — giving the people behind the companies a platform to tell their story in their own words, and connecting them with the 30,000+ professionals who read Big4Bio every morning."

Life sciences CEOs, communications agencies, and PR firms interested in participating in the series can contact Marie Daghlian at marie@big4bio.com to request a CEO Q&A Packet.
